The Process

I work with my clients in an in-depth, personal and collaborative process. Here’s how the process generally goes:

  1. You contact me via phone, email or by submitting an online Request for Proposal.
  2. If you haven’t already, I’ll ask you to fill out the online Request for Proposal that will help me determine your specific project needs.
  3. We schedule a 30-minute phone chat. No cost, no pressure, just a “getting to know you” call.
  4. If we decide we’d like to work together, I send you a project proposal. The proposal includes turnaround times, line item deliverables, and project costs.
  5. Once you have approved the proposal and paid your retainer, we’ll be ready to start.
  6. Together, we come up with a plan of action for your project.
  7. We schedule regular project check-ins, milestones and deadlines.
  8. We work hard, create, fine tune, learn a lot, laugh a bit and make the journey together.
  9. We finish your project amidst much joy and celebration! :D
